Weekly Podcast Tip #13: The four phases to a podcast launch

You decided to launch a podcast, but now you're probably overwhelmed with what step to take first.

I was there. A few years ago, I knew I wanted to launch a podcast but I had no idea where to begin.

I spent hours researching how to launch a podcast and came to the realization that there are four distinct phases.

• Plan

• Produce

• Launch

• Scale

Once I broke it down, it didn't seem as overwhelming. So I broke it down even further from there, creating tasks in my project management platform for each individual step.

And yes, it's a lot of steps. But let me tell you this, it made everything so actionable!
