This week’s episode is near and dear to me - I’m talking to Lebanon Valley College senior Ally Hepp, president of the college’s VALE Music Group and an organizer of the VALE Media Industries Conference.

LVC is my alma mater and where I got my first taste of the music industry, and I am incredibly honored to not only speak with Ally about this year’s Women in Music themed conference but to attend this year’s conference as a panelist.
