I have a sticky note on my work monitor that says “Is This Useful?” It’s my daily, hourly, and by-the-minute reminder to those know through my stress, anxiety, and frustration. I ask my self, “Is this stress helping me?” “Is this frustration and anger useful in pursuit of my goals?”

I want this phrase surrounding me every day to remind myself to stay present and to be conscious of how my attitude is being presented to the world. So when the creative juices flowed, I rolled with it!
