Have you ever lost your creativity without reason? Have you sat at a blank computer screen, not knowing what to write, to design, to record?

You’ve probably heard the term “burnout” in the news lately. It’s now an official syndrome per the World Health Organization, but while many of us probably imagine burnout as something physical, it can also be mental, or both.

In today’s episode, I talk about my own mental burnout, what fueled it, and how I pulled myself out and got my creativity and inspiration back. Listen in if you’re feeling burned out too, and maybe what worked for me might work for you.
